Studied Communication Sciences at the Anahuac University in Mexico City; Mind-Body Diploma, in Conecticut, NY and master’s studies in Gestalt Psychotherapy, with specialties in individual, group and couples psychotherapy. Co-founder and Director of the Cálevi program, which teaches and promotes the healthy relationship of mind and emotions in health to medical and nursing teams as well as patients and families in public and private health institutions in Mexico. After founding and running companies such as Acuarela SA de CV dedicated to the design, manufacture and sale of linens, and Eterna Body & Soul, dedicated to the administration of Spas, she kept her private Psychotherapy office. She collaborated for many years with the Latin American magazine Paula, writing the central articles and is co-author of the book “Living Treasures” with the photographer Ángel Alcalá.

She is co-founder and Director of International Foundation for Human Unity, committed to allow people of all socioeconomic levels to have access to Human Development programs. She gives conferences, courses and seminars nationally and internationally. She works since 2016 in Plenitud Azteca, and has been charged of the creation and divulgation of the human development program “IC IZA, El Reto de la Plenitud”. She is actually Corporate Affairs Director. Her work over the years, as well as her passion and conviction that the fair progress of Mexico and the world must be based on the development of human beings, has been recognized with the National 

Women’s Prize 2020 for her trajectory as Director of Design and creation of Human Development Programs, nationally and internationally.
